Nice family friendly house to explore New Forest Positive: Location is convenient to explore new forest, supermarkets are in walking distance, quiet location, ability to park for free next to the house, kitchen had the essentials to prepare basic meals, there were some books and games to keep kids entertained, nice garden Negative: Some kitchenware was not in the best shape, having kitchen towels would be useful, one of the beds was uncomfortable / too soft mattress,hot tub was working and with clean and warm water but had a bit too strong chlorine smell

Fabulous home and location, spacious comfortable for the family, lovely hot tub and great location for the new forest. Positive: Fantastically clean, tidy and comfortable, lovely hot tub and great location, ten minutes away from Lyndhurst Negative: Nowhere to recycle or put outside bins for when the indoor bin was full, dishwasher didn’t clean so had to wash up, would have been good to have had a slotted spoon, tin foil and a whisk

Positive: Very clean and comfortable house. Negative: There was a bit of a traffic noise at the bedrooms in the morning because the house is located in the main road.

Nice comfortable house Positive: Lovely house, very clean and really comfortable. House is thoughtfully decorated and a good size. Tea and coffee provided. Bring your own shower gel /shampoo etc..location convenient. Negative: There is some road noise..and also some from pub (opposite) on Saturday night.. we couldn't find an ironing board.

Great location, well equipped property and friendly hosts. Positive: Lovely property and great facilities. Negative: 2nd bedroom bed very squeaky which was funny. But did stop my friend from moving at night and bedroom 3 mattress hard. But very minor points ☺️

We couldn't have asked for a better place, thank you to Lisa and Chris for attention to detail. Positive: The house was spotless and had great facilities, ideal location too, we really enjoyed staying there. Close to shops and pubs and there was also a parking space provided. Highly recommend.

Great hosts, clean and lovely house. Positive: Very clean, including garden and hot tub. The beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and living area/ garden was great for relaxing. We would definitely stay again. Negative: Slightly more than we wanted to spend.

Fantastic break will return. Positive: Everything was lovely. Location being near to Lyndhurst was great. House was very clean and welcoming. Comfy sofas. Great hot tub. Negative: Beds were too soft.

Lovely house on the edge of New Forest Positive: We loved the backyard of the house! The hot tub was perfect, the garden was lovely for the dog to play and we had a table outside where we ate every day. The rooms were comfortable and the shower/bath was good as well. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. We had a parking lot, 1 minute drive to Asda and a walking distance to a garden where we could walk our dog. The explanations from Lisa were easy to follow and always on time; she was very friendly over the chat. And we were very close to the New Forest, which was great! Negative: We were here in the summer (end of July) and the first floor was very hot even with windows open. The house faces a pub so on Saturday it was harder to fall asleep due to the noise.

Positive: Comfortable, clean, great facilities. Kitchen is well equipped with everything you need. Garden and hot tub is a lovely feature as is a great space to relax.

Enjoyed the two days well worth the money would recommend dan.s house , fantastic 👌 Positive: The house was lovely it was just like being at home everything u needed was there. The location was perfect, 10 minutes from the west quay shopping mall which was brilliant for shopping, and ten minutes from peppa pig world. It was something to please everyone, then to finish a long day doing both the hot tub was lovely and relaxing.

Overall a lovely stay Positive: The house was lovely very modern and a nice garden and hot tub kitchen was well equipped and beds were very comfortable.

Nice - shame about the location Positive: The house was easy to find and comfortably furnished. The hot tub was nice to be able to use. The cleanliness levels were excellent. Negative: It's a hard one to rate overall, but the defining aspect of the stay (and reason we won't return) is that the house is on a busy high street, and to the back has an even busier dual carriageway. This meant that day and night there was an ongoing level of traffic noise that even the decent double glazing couldn't take away, and it meant 2 out of our party of 3 returned home more tired than they arrived! The lounge / dining area is also a bit random. Wasn't a problem for us but in case it is helpful for others, in a house that sleeps 5 having comfortable chairs for 3 and a table and chairs for 4 just seems a strange choice.

Great house within close distance to lots of fun activities Positive: Lovely home with everything we needed. Kids loved the hot tub and having the garden to play in. So close to all the places we wanted to visit!
